Cell Block Six is the least challenging of the three Cell Blocks (and maybe the easiest route at the Jailhouse Rocks).  It is the center climb of the three Cell Block routes, which can be found on the west side of the creek, at the point where the creek makes a 90 degree turn to the east. 

    This route goes up a gently sloping slab, between the two overhanging rocks on Cell Blocks Eight & Nine.  It is very easy and well bolted on good rock. 

    Note: Squeezing the Lemmon rates this climb at a 5.8, which is WAY off.  Even the 5.6 rating is a bit overdoing it for this climb.

The is the left-most of the three Cell Block climbs.  The Cell Blocks can be found on the west side of the creek, just above the point where it makes a 90 degree turn to the east. 

    Cell Block Eight is a great climb capped off by an airy and committing move to get you to the top.  The first 50 feet of the climb leads past 3 bolts on relatively low angle slab.  At this point, rather than going over the roof to get you onto the "Cell Block", the route follows cracks along the right side of the block, where an exciting blind step takes you around to the face at the top of the climb.   

    This climb makes for an exciting moderate lead.

The is the right-most of the three Cell Block climbs. The Cell Blocks can be found on the west side of the creek, just above the point where it makes a 90 degree turn to the east. 

  This route heads directly up the overhanging "cell-block".  The roof move is well-bolted and fun, if a bit awkward.

The Cell Block sector consists of three routes: Cell Block Six (Sport), Cell Block Eight (Mixed), and Cell Block Nine (Mixed).  All three lines climb undulating less-than-vertical rock.
