  Step onto the obvious diagonal crack and follow that trending left for a ways. Then up the right side of the small buttress, using the vertical crack in the buttress for left-side handholds.

  Start up the less-featured face to get hands on the obvious diagonal crack (but not using the obvious foothold to right in the lower crack, which is for a different route). A little ways up with the crack, soon exit from the crack up right and up the face above (using the right side of the small buttess for left-side hand- or foot-holds, but not the crack in buttress).   Finish is more interesting if do not use the left side of the top rock.

If you like working out moves without positive holds, this is for you. After an optional tricky start, a "warmup" on already-not-so-positive holds, then gets trickier as go higher. 

  First get up onto the large rounded ledge. The trickiest is to start just right of the big tree, and go straight up (without using the tree). But it's sufficiently interesting to start on the left side of the tree using the same start as for the Loyalist Crack. Or if you already did that, can just walk around the right side of the large ledge. 

  Then straight to the top, staying about five feet right of the crack.

Push up the corner onto a big ledge, then take a step right and carefully move upwards on crimps, small edges, and finally slopers before a mantle and then easy ground to the top.

Up to the obvious left-trending crack. Next a ways following the crack. Then exit from the crack and go straight up small dihedral (open book) to the top.

Another fun Powerlinez crack (when it's dry). 

  Up the short chimney (or perhaps it's more fun (and a more useful warmup) to try the friction slab to its left) to a large rounded ledge, then up the narrow crack.

Squeeze right side of tree at the base of the big corner. Trend a bit right to reach obvious 4-inch wide crack (which forms the top of a long left-leaning diagonal crack). Straight up that to the top.

  Up to the roof, traverse Left three feet and up over its left end. Next up to a 14-inch left-facing corner with a thin crack in it. Up this and continue to the top.

Fun moves.   Crux is the first couple of moves off the ground. Easier if the climber gets a "boost" from a partner, then can enjoy the rest of the route.

Look for a sharp pocket along the seam, and follow the obvious features up and slightly left.  Often wet, mossy, and slippery, which might make the crux just getting off the ground.

Variety of fun thoughtful moves.

Interesting frictiony footwork (if you like that sort of thing) and also some interesting steeper moves. 

  Start on the Left side of the arete which forms the left edge of the Jersey Volunteers wall. Up across the arete onto a slopy ledge (without touching the tree on the ledge). Up along a crack, then continue on a ramp along the left side of a big left-trending corner. When reach a hump along the top of the right wall of the ramp, escape the ramp by a steep move right, then up to the top. 

  variation (easier): Instead start on the face just right of the arete, and move up and grab the tree on the horizontal ledge.

"New Jersey Volunteers" were different from other units we hear about in the American Revolutionary War -- see this Militia Museum of NJ page. They were commanded by John Murray (Lord Dunmore of Scotland) and Cortlandt Skinner (of Perth Amboy NJ). Their uniforms were green with white trim [ photo1 | 

photo2 ], so they were sometimes called "Skinner's Greens". 

  This face is perhaps the "slabbiest" slab at Powerlinez: substantial sections without much positive holds. But also a low roof and interesting climbing where there are a few holds to be connected. Faces SouthEast. 

  One of the easiest-to-reach crags from the main trailhead, with easy access around the right side for setting up top anchors.
