Steep 5.10 flake & arete climbing eases to a fun 5.7 slab, then traverse right under a roof via horns & underclings to a stance in a gap. “Surmount the block”, then continue up a steep, pumpy face with well-spaced holds & tricky feet to anchors.

A longer draw may be useful on the bolt below the block.

Steep climbing through gently overhanging flakes, cracks & good face holds, this route requires both sport & trad skills.

The crux is low through a small roof, but the moves keep you engaged to the anchors.

Climb an obvious right-facing dihedral to a roof.

Surmount & continue to anchors (R).

Climb a short, steep pillar to a stance below a featured face. Fun climbing on great holds lead to a small crux roof at the 7th bolt. Pull the slabby crux with a bolt at your waist & continue past another bolt & another slightly easier slab crank to the anchors. Very enjoyable climbing.

Route can be set up as a TR from Elusive Wallograbby.

The crux is right off the ground on this route, with plenty of good, sustained 5.8 to 5.9+ edging on a steep wall - classic gorge climbing!

We rated it 5.9+ because we agreed it was a bit easier than Mother Hen (5.10a) to the right, but hard for 5.9… consensus will decide!

A little crunchy at the top, but should clean up nicely.

Originally a loose, trad climb with decent gear & looming death-blocks above. Rated 5.10b, no anchors & a scary down-climb - now AKA  "The Strassman Memorial Sandbag".

The death-blocks are gone, and 5 bolts and an anchor have been added. The route now ends at the natural stance at the finish of the quality crack/face climb.

Easy climbing leads to moves left onto a steep arete. Although short, this route has some really fun arete moves on steep rock.

Start up a pillar to the right of "Membership Has It's Privileges", then climb the steep face above.

One can easily set up a top-rope on MHIP from the anchors of this route.

Big moves between good holds on gently over-hanging flakes and cracks typifies this climb. Hand Jammies are useful for a few moves.

Early morning winter sun that lasts most of the day.

Steep face with long reaches between decent holds on a small tower

Climb a tricky dihedral past 3 bolts to gain easier but chunky slab climbing. At the top, continue up a steep headwall with fun moves on great rock.

The start is the crux! May be harder for short people, thus the split grade.

Engaging side-pull past a small bulge to gain an arete/flake feature & more moderate climbing. Short but fun.

Climb a steep face past a couple ledges to some fun arete moves. Continue up easier terrain to anchors.

Climb up to a small roof, then surmount with perfect hand jams to widening off-hands/layback. At a ledge continue up a steep face to diminishing holds. At the last good edge, work your feet up & throw left hand & foot way out behind you to improbable but solid bombay chimney stemming with tricky feet. The difficulty eases, but necks down to the anchors with some continued flared stemming.

I bolted this one tightly because it is unusual. You’ll either love it or hate it.

Two separate low crux bulges lead to a good rest, then steep climbing to the anchors.

UPDATE 1/31/2022: It was reported todaythat the good hold around the arete that finishes the crux move has broken off, making the crux sequence more difficult. I will post updates soon on the this new development, meanwhile be aware it may or may not be harder moving past the roof.

Scramble up a short pillar to the start of a steep, face with flakes & cracks. A moderate start leads to sustained 5.10 climbing.

A few cruxy sequences at the top of the face end at a full rest stance to the right of a blocky roof.

Continue up fun, techy moves past the small roof to an easier face & the anchors.

Stem & climb an easy corner, then at a flake move left & onto a steep, well-featured face.

Continue to a ledge, then climb a crack & face to a final mantle to the anchors.

Fun, steep, well-protected (maybe over-bolted?!) & a little pumpy!

Insert yourself into a gap past three bolts, then transition right.

Surmount a bulgy bit to a nice pocketed face to anchors.

Start on a small perch below via ferrata and follow rungs up and left to a line of bolts.

Move left and work the thin crack and face to easier climbing below a steepening face.

From a wedged block & pocket, move right out on to a fun and exposed climbing to a large ledge and anchors.

70 meter rope or downclimb part of the via ferrata.

The business starts right off the ground  on steep crack & face moves, then continues to the exit right to easier ground. Easy stemming leads to a stance below a steep arete.

Pull through some great holds to a second exit right & the anchors. Clip right to left, then weight anchors for lower out.

A lot of cool moves for a fairly short pitch, & way more fun than it looks.

Also, it’s easy to swing over right and clip the anchors from Friends In Lower Places for a toprope run.

A short arete/crack leads to rounded lay-backing on a steep wall with decent rests. Continue past a browed face on excellent rock. The pump builds to the final mantel.

Steep, continuous vertical dihedral that will clean up to be a  stem classic!

Climb a steep face with a detached flake to a transition left where the flake fades right. Pull the crux to gain an arete & continue to the anchors.
