Battle the bulge off the ground to a shallow stance with a bolt at 15ft.  Engaging climbing through three bolts brings you to the overlap and a good stance.  An easy (5.0) runout on the flake will lead you to the anchors.

A recently bolted alternate 2-nd pitch to Birthday Bolts. My experienced climbing partner who saw some of the bolting take place believes it's intended to be done as a alternate second half to Birthday Bolts such that you can link the whole climb in one pitch.

 First half is the same as birthday bolts. Near the top of P1 of Birthday Bolts, instead of moving up and left to the anchor, go straight up through less bushes onto a low angle blank slab leading to an small overlap with one bolt. Climb up a steeper face to a second bolt, and move up and right a little to maneuver around the third bolt (crux?) to a stance. Finish up and left to a shared 2-bolt anchor.

P.1) Clip a bolt over the overlap and then pull the overlap on good crimps. Run it out a bit after this on solid holds to a second bolt and a bit of a slab crux. Head to the two bolt anchor up and left through the bushes.   P.2) Slightly chossy, but worth it for the view. Head through the broken corner right off the anchor, aiming for a right arching corner. Pull through this corner and over the top to the two bolt anchor. Sit down on the lawn chair like rock formation and enjoy the commanding view of the notch and across to VT as you belay your second up.

Climb easily to a bolt 20' off the ground. Pass this with crimpy fun climbing up to a diagonal crack. Climb through this crack (passing over Natural HIgh) aiming for a right facing corner with a pin in it. Pull through through the roof at the top of the corner and finish off the climb on good in-cut holds to a slabby top out. Finishes at the same anchor as for Natural High.

A fun and clever route for those seeking some moderate terrain up at Profile.  Takes on the overhanging buttress which defines the left side of the main climbing arena.  Not apparent at first glance, High-X weaves its way up underneath the large roof, and gains the top of the buttress on unobvious, moderate moves.  I wouldn't call the gear abundant, but with a combination of steady trad skills and a couple of fixed pins, you can lead this route without incident.  But you will be thrilled and tested a little!  

 The line is a little jagged, and there are blocks and a large roof, so mind your extensions accordingly.   Nice 2-bolt anchor at the top.  Be prepared to belay your follower up, because the rope will be running over a bunch of lips and edges which will disrupt any weighted lowerings.

One of the most popular routes at Profile.  Climb easy rock up to a stance, below a right facing corner.  Protect, and make a balancy move right onto the main face (crux).  Continue up for almost a full ropelength to the top of Profile cliff and a 2 bolt anchor with rap rings (2 ropes needed to get down).   The bolt you see at the beginnig of the climb on a steeper face is the direct start variation and goes at 5.9.

This was the first route on the main cliff to catch my eye.  An excellent climb, though commiting for a 10a (could be dangerous if you don't keep it together after the crux).   Climb unprotected rock to the first bolt (not too hard, but keeps your attention).  Climb up to the overlap and clip the next bolt before pulling up over it (technical crux).  So far so good, now  comes the question...commit or retreat.  Climb the steep face up and left with no protection in sight for 15-20 feet until you can find a small pocket and the climbing eases to 5.7. Continue to the top and 2 bolt anchor.

Tips Terror climbs through a thin face to the left of Syko's Arete, right of Numb from the waist down. The first pitch tackles a thin seam protected by bolts leading to a ledge. The second pitch goes over a slabby bulge protected by two bolts up towards another headwall with a right leaning diagonal crack. Follow this crack up and right to a two bolt anchor. Two bolted rap stations will take you to the ground. 

 You can also climb this in one long pitch, though it is not recommended. The best way to enjoy this rock climb is to do the first pitch, and put in a directional at the top of the ledge, then traverse off right to the anchor for Syko's Arete, and lower back to the ground. 

 This is an area classic, I think it is even a touch better than Syko's Arete.

Climb through a bolt protected overhanging section off a boulder to easier section of trad climbing, to a head wall with more bolts to a two bolt ring anchor.

P1 - The first pitch of "Crystal Crack" is around the corner and right of the face with Birthday Bolts etc. It is a crack that you diagonal left on with, you guessed it, quartz crystals in it.P2 - (60') Climb up a protectable flake/crack just left of the anchor (crux) to a good horizontal. Move right and then up some steeper broken rock on good holds. Finish trending up and slightly right, passing a big boulder on the left, and topping out to another shared 2-bolt anchor with rap rings.

 -- Old (incorrect) P1 Description: As per the first comment, this is actually the description for "Beginning of the End" 5.7,  according to Jon Sykes, page 142 of "The Notches.": P1 - (100') Step up some blocks to fantastic holds in a horizontal ~10' up. Move left and up onto the slab, follow the slab up and trending a little left until reaching a bolt protecting a slab crux. Finish up left through some brush to a 2-bolt anchor shared a few with other climbs.

Probably the most aesthetic climb at Profile, Syko's Arete ascends the low angle rounded arete on the right side of the Natural High clearing.        The route starts pulling an overlap on a quartz dike with a pin in a crack. Above this two bolts and crimps lead to the crux, clipping and moving past the third bolt. After this there is one more bolt and then two options.        1.) Bail right to the first pitch bolted anchor of Birthday Bolts.       You can then top rope or lower off from here with one rope       2.) Proceed past loose blocks up the arete to the second belay anchor for Birthday Bolts. 

Locate the lone bolt in a white overhanging head wall above 30' of unprotected easy slab. Climb up this easy slab, and clip the bolt. Bust out a cool powerful move and get some protection in. Work up the corner passing a pin, then exit into the easy blocks of High X (5.7) above, or head left(V3/4) over a steep overlap as the original line of Pit Ripper did.

Above Echo Lake in Franconia Notch State Park is a beautiful secluded cliff that should be more popular.  Sunny and southwest facing with no apparent seepage and quality quartzy rock.
